School Sessions and Holidays

The session begins at 8:55 am and ends at 12:15.  Parents should bring children to school each morning no earlier than 8:45 am and pick them up no later than 5 minutes from dismissal time. Teachers will bring their classes to their dismisssal doors at 12:15.  Parents should wait outside these area doors for their child. Our doors will remain locked for safety so, please, do not try to come into the building to pick up your child. You may enroll your child in 2, 3 or 5 days per week sessions.

The classes are in session September through May. The Northside Learning Center holiday schedule and special events are provided to parents with our start-up letters and on this site under Parent Info. We do not observe the public school's Parent Conference and Curriculum Days.

In the event of possible school closures for weather, you will receive a call from your child's teacher, if we are closing.  Please, keep our records for your child up to date so we can reach you; and please save the school's number in your phone so you recognize it should we call.  

Fees: 

Registration Fee

A registration fee of $100.00 is required at the time you enroll your child in the school. This fee covers enrollment fees, insurance and worksheet costs and is non-refundable.

Monthly Tuition  
For the 2024-2025 School Year

Monday, Wednesday and Friday $250.00
Tuesday and Thursday $170.00
Monday through Friday $420.00

FEES ARE DUE ON THE FIRST SCHOOL DAY OF EACH MONTH. The tuition fees have been divided into nine equal payments and are computed on the basis of the total number of school days for the year, rather than on the number of school days in a particular month. You may enroll your child in a two, three or five-day a week session.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF REGISTRATION OR TUITION FEES.
If fees are not paid on the due date you will receive a friendly reminder slip, sent home with your child. There is a $30.00 late fee for payments made after the 10th of each month and if your payments are not made by the 15th of the month, your child will not be able to attend school until payment, in full, including the late fee, is received. If your pay schedule does not work with ours, please, talk to the director so special arrangements can be made for your family. Please send monthly fees in an envelope with your child's name, or write your child's name somewhere on the check and give it to your child's teacher or the director. We do not take debit or credit cards. Payment can be made in cash, check or money order. We will send a receipt home with your child for any cash payments.
